Lady Wrackton is hard to deal with. First off she's *mean*. Second she is impossible to satisfy and has a cutting tongue.

She knows Galen Arthur and used to know Henry Rohan before he disappeared. She seems to have some social relationship with Gaius Sinfield and Margaret Garnier has expressed an interest in becoming acquainted. She was seen luring Roisin into a carriage once but it can't be proven. She would certainly never steal away her brother's mistress. Then again after what happened to Jane White...

She has also met a time or two with Colonel Brand and has given a lot of money to the lamb-shed in recent months including building an infirmary for the orphans there. Not for nothing, though. She also gives money to the Ladies' Aid Society and to the Academy of Modern Science and Medicine.

And yes in the plot she has been connected to the Agency. She's even already recruited both Henry Rohan and Jonathan Baxter!
