Character Sheet

Name: Jenny Diver

Description: Jenny is rather petite and of no especial coloring or character, except in detail. Her hair is a good deep brown, and curls below her shoulders enough to be interesting (although also to tangle horribly when not paid attention to.) She has the very obvious habit of perpetually tucking the same strand behind her left ear over and over again when she's nervous. Her features are small and sharp, with a stubborn set to the chin and particular canny glint in her almost overly-large eyes. She rarely smiles, except when it is useful to the occasion, or accompanies a bit of clever scheming.

Reputation: Just another whore, if a bit more conniving than most. The Ace of Hearts used to put in a good word or two for her, saying she was tough and could handle herself. And she was, and is, too. But she's also self-serving, and in it ever for the money, and that's made her careless recently. Those who work the Evil Quarter Mile may not play nicely, but they stand united against interlopers and after Jenny sold out Turncoat Dawes to the Confessor, their reaction was less than pleased. Now there's not a thief nor whore in Whitechapel will take her word and she's fair cut off alone. But it suits her fine, as Jenny insists she has always been satisfied to look out for her own self and her own self only.

Affiliation: She was formerly of the loosely associated gang of thieves and dollymops that control most of the money moving through the back room of the Ten Bells, especially the Knave's Boys. After a falling out with them (something she won't talk about) she works for whomever will hire her...but those who dug deep could find that she's the Confessor's spy. They needn't even look that deep now that the news is out...

Allies and Enemies: Jenny's made a career of staying below the notice of them that like to make enemies. However, her coldhearted betrayal of Turncoat has gotten her a few. Supposedly her highest paying patron (Edward Gramercy, the Confessor) will provide his protection in return for her service. How far this protection extends remains to be seen.
